Refund policy

 

I hope you love your original art!

However, I understand if you want to return your artwork if it is not what you expected, which is why you can return the painting within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions for Return:

• Only unused, undamaged artworks in their original condition are eligible. 
• Please notify me asap and return the artwork to us within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return:

1. Contact me at hello@artbytheresa.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. I will send you the return instructions.
   
3. Carefully package and ship the artwork back to me.

Refund Details:

• You’ll receive a refund for the painting only once I received and inspected it.
• Original shipping costs are not refundable.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs - please make sure to properly insure the shipment so in case the parcel gets lost or damaged your refund can be processed.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or commissioned artwork cannot be returned.
