Terms of Service

Welcome to my shop! By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Who We Are

This shop sells original and print artwork created by Theresa Hornhofer, based in Vienna, Austria.

2. Purchasing

When you place an order, you enter into a contract with me. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, due to stock issues or pricing errors).

3. Prices & Payments

All prices are final and exempt from VAT according to §6(1) Z 27 UStG (Austrian small business regulation). Payment must be made in full at checkout. I accept major payment methods through Shopify’s secure system.

4. Shipping

I ship within EU. For International Shipping please contact me under hello@artbytheresa.com. Delivery times may vary by location and are estimated at checkout. As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

5. Returns

EU customers have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details. Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable.
