I carefully pack and ship your original artwork with care and protection. Here’s what you need to know:

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

EU Shipping

I ship to all EU countries from Austria using trusted postal or courier services.

Estimated Delivery Times: 3–10 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or postal delays.

International Shipping

If you are outside the EU and would like to place an order, please contact me first at hello@artbytheresa.com for a shipping quote and to arrange delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for EU orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Customs & Import Taxes

You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in your country.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me at hello@artbytheresa.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so I can assist you.
